Bullock's Furniture Restoration is owned and run by Dwayne Vogel, who took over the shop in 2009.
Dwayne Vogel
Dwayne trained at the National Institute of Wood Finishing in Rosemount, Minnesota, completing his training in 1996.
He then spent fourteen years professionally restoring commercial, historic and personal woodwork in and around Washington, D.C., as a wood restoration specialist at Hastings Architectural Restoration.
In 2009 he took over Bullock’s Furniture Restoration in Odenton, and has run it since. The shop repairs, refinishes and reupholsters furniture of every age.
In July 2025 he spoke to the Annapolis Woodworkers Guild about furniture repair, refurbishing and finishing, including environmentally conscious methods for removing paint. Read the Guild’s note on the talk.
